Job Description : Marketing Manager -offline
1. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our stores.
2. Drive Marketing Calendar & CRM-related campaigns.
4. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
5. Work closely on a store-by-store basis to address specific marketing/promotional needs.
- Monitor troubled stores and recommend programs to elevate them to profitable operations.
6. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
7. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
8. Oversee and approve marketing material.
9. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
10. Analyse consumer behaviour through online and face-to-face surveys.
11. Oversee lease required advertising programs...

13. Media Planning- ensure the desired share of voice is maintained for the brand
