Manager - Marketing - Media (5-9 yrs)
Job Description:
- Design annual marketing plans/ strategy to achieve business objective, expand market share and enhanced brand image
- Work cross functionally (Sales, Operations, S&D & other teams) to solve various business needs and revenue maximization
- Create innovative brand touch points to uplift brand awareness (Events, screening, activation & new innovation)
- Understanding brand & creative brief and design innovative cinema solution for sales pitch
- Ensure delivery of marketing objectives across campaigns
- Create a robust pr strategy & content calendar wrt media outreach & brand sustenance
- Design marketing/communication collaterals wrt to sales & upcoming releases
- Develop & maintain all digital assets (Social media & web)
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders
- Drive brand recall via partnerships & alliance
What You Will Need :
- Media understanding, plans working knowledge, campaign management experience with both traditional (TV, print, radio) and Non-traditional media (digital, activations, cinema etc)
- Minimum 5-9 years of brand management experience, preferably within media, communication, and advertising
- Be aware of the digital landscape and metrics of performance marketing
- Strategic innovation & creativity skills, excellent presentation skill
- Stakeholder Management

- Exceptional Communication skills
- Creative Writing
- Independent and calm under pressure
- MBA from a premier institute (add on as Journalism/Communication specialization)
