Manager - Marketing - Media (1-6 yrs)
Job Summary:
- We- re looking for a flexible and versatile marketing manager who will be responsible for the expansion of our client.
- The company is a landmark in Delhi's theatre circuit. It is an independent cultural society committed to promote arts & culture as well as nurture talents in the field of performing arts. It offers various workshop programs for candidates interested in acting and learning the nuances of sets and plays.
- As a marketing manager, you will use a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts and think creatively, devising new ways of communicating with established and potential customers.
Responsibilities :
- Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing marketing trends, and liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies.
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Exploring ways of improving marketing strategies, and increasing profitability
- Preparing and managing marketing plans for attracting the new client
- Establishing new client relationship for brand expansion
- Arranging and planning the various events and workshop ; get the sponsorship from various clients
- Liaising with other internal departments and creating the promotional strategies
- Travelling to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
- Supporting and managing a marketing team.
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
Qualification:
- Relevant experience as a Marketing Manager/Sales and Marketing Manager/Marketing Director knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies
