JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
Strategy support and planning
- Contributes to local Business Unit/Product Group strategy definition and execution through the market analysis/intelligence and identification of new markets, segments and/or product solutions. Analyzes customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market. Develops and implements business strategies for newly defined areas in alignment with the Business Unit/Product Group strategy.
Marcom and business development
- Identifies, leads or contributes to identification and acquisition opportunities to expand into the newly defined area.
- Plan, budget, and execute the marcom plan to support Fes, PG managers, channel partners in increasing penetration in target industries, geography.
- Collaboration with Hub, Division, country marcom team for events, seminars
Product positioning and marketing
- Support sales execution for assigned products by coordinating the preparation of relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
- Oversees the profitable competitiveness of the product, contributes to its strategic positioning in the market and monitors its value based selling
- Coordinates product marketing launch development plans and ensures efficient and effective execution together with the Area and Regional Manager
- Monitors market trends and analyzes customer needs and competitor moves
- Supports Product Marketing with product promotion and event participation, gives guidance on marketing material creation
- Supports Marketing & Sales by creating tools (configurators and other tools) to effectively promote and sell the products
