Manager - Marketing - Luxury (5-8 yrs)
- We currently have an opportunity with a global high-end luxury brand in the private members- club space for the role of Marketing Manager.
The requirement is as follows :
The key responsibilities include :
- Help build strategies for brand development, marketing and communication and a plan to effectively implement those including a marketing/communications calendar and annual budget
- Help develop and execute brand and marketing campaigns (print, AV and digital)
- Write copy (where required) that can create impact and will resonate.
- Ensure collaterals match the copy and maintain the high-quality standards set.
- Supervise the creation, design and delivery of all marketing collateral including club collateral, press material, emailers, presentations, membership sales material, etc.
- Build and implement effective digital marketing and social media strategy.
- PR, both digital and conventional
- Marketing our services, amenities and events to the members
- Ensure consistency in messaging and communication across all collateral and touchpoints
- Plan and supervise the production of events that are aligned with the brand and the interests of the members.
- Co-ordinate with the appointed freelancers, agencies and consultants and ensure delivery of the highest quality and within timelines
- Seek out and establish strategic tie-ups (particularly for widening the membership collective e.g. with Amex, YPO, EO, FICCI, CII etc), partnerships (including reciprocal club partnerships) and alliances with brands (including sponsorships) and service providers
- Maintain, track and present an MIS of all ongoing activities on a weekly/monthly basis or as may be required
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes as and when required based on analysis and feedback
- Create an ongoing loyalty program both for membership referral and consumption rewards and initiate tactical programs for both from time to time.
Candidate profile :
Minimum level of Education : MA/MBA degree with specialization in Marketing, Advertising, Communications.
Knowledge &Experience required :
- 5 - 8 years of working in the marketing team of premium/luxury brands
- Proven track record of preparing and implementing marketing plans including budgets
- Knowledge and experience of Digital and Social media marketing
- Sound understanding of design and advertising principles
