Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the firm's marketing strategy and executing client acquisition campaigns. This role requires a hands-on approach in client engagement, managing relationships, and representing the firm in client meetings. You will drive efforts to increase the firm's visibility and market share while overseeing and executing innovative marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Business Development:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients to the firm.
2. Research and identify new potential clients and business opportunities within the legal sector.
3. Organize and conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to discuss their legal needs.
4. Develop proposals and marketing materials to attract new business.
5. Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to increase retention and foster new opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
2. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored services.
3. Conduct periodic reviews with clients to ensure expectations are met and seek feedback for improvement.
On-Ground Engagement:
1. Plan and execute on-site visits and client meetings to establish rapport and trust.
2. Plan and execute on-site visits to bring in new clients to the organization.
3. Actively engage in client outreach and face-to-face interactions to understand client needs and promote the firm's services.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:
1. Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and acquiring new clients.
2. Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to enhance the firm's online presence.
3. Collaborate with the firm's leadership and legal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
4. Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and website content.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
1. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, client acquisition efforts, and client retention strategies.
2. Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management regarding marketing activities, client feedback, and new business developments.
3. Track industry trends and competitor marketing strategies to ensure the firm stays competitive and relevant.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Proven experience in client acquisition and managing long-term client relationships.
2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
5. Strong presentation skills and the ability to represent the firm effectively in client meetings.
6. Strong leadership and project management skills.
7. Deep knowledge of the legal industry and the ability to understand client legal needs.
