Manager - Marketing - IT (7-10 yrs)
Role:
a) Develop marketing programs and plans focussed on enterprise customers (in the real-estate space). Create strategy that drives sales of IoT and AI-driven solution in large commercial buildings to help owners achieve operational efficiency and sustainability.
b) Work on brand building, creating unique brand value proposition and continuous evaluation of the same
c) Build and execute GTM for global markets. Work closely with Product and Sales teams to create relevant messaging and positioning. Manage offline events, meetups and participation in the right events to showcase the product and company
d) Work with the content team to ensure that the content being published is in sync with the marketing needs and reaching the right audience
e) Help measure the marketing initiatives and create an ROI on the same
Experience Required:
a) 5 plus years of experience working with a company providing products and solutions to enterprise customers (preferred experience working for the B2B/Enterprise/Technology companies)
b) Prior experience is engaging with the global customers/building global marketing solutions
c) Understanding of brand marketing and ability to create a customized solution based on the need of the company
d) End to End experience in ideating, conceptualizing, executing the marketing strategy for a company
e) Ability to quickly understand the Facilio requirements, plan the events and ensure flawless execution
f) Eye for good and right content
g) Ability to provide direction to the team
h) Identify the right channels for publications
i) Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral communication skills
j) Ability to objectively measure the efforts and provide ROI
