Summary Description
This position, is an individual contributors position and is responsible for establishing and implementing marketing strategies to meet the Company's objectives. It also involves effective management of the digital and online marketing, brand building, advertising and promotional activities of the organization for enhanced lead generation. To handle incoming transactional orders under - Inside Sales- with the support of a dedicated technical resource.
Experience Requirements
- To have worked with an data centre or IT equipment manufacturer which is focused in the data centre industry
- Optionally to have worked with a IT reaseller / distributor who represents technologies in the data centre market
- Should have worked with the marketing team of various international OEM companies
- Should have created and implemented holistic marketing startegies focused on lead generation and branding
- Understand and have experience with website, social media and digital platforms
- Should have had experience in content creation, possibly working with external vendors
- Should have worked with external vendors for supporting implementation of marketing startegies
- Experience in working on road shows and events
- Should have had experience in inside sales and closing transactional orders
Job Responsibilities :
- To align with the company's requirements for lead generation and brand building exercises
- To analyze, plan and execute, with ownership, the yearly marketing plan, with quarterly targets and budgets based on the company's goals
- Responsible for lead generation, qualifying opportunities and assigning it to the concern sales team and keep a track of the same via the companies system
- To collaborate with internal business and technical team members to understand their needs and also for content creation
- To establish and maintain marketing relationships with different OEM Partners, Customers and Vendors
- Responsible for developing and implementing brand building strategies and programs with consistent messaging across all marketing platforms
- To conduct different promotional activities and campaigns with follow up and review plans
- To identify, plan, manage and execute events, exhibitions, customer events, road shows, seminars etc.
- Responsible for creating digital, online and social media strategy to ensure high visibility, branding and lead generation through online and offline channels
- To plan and execute all external and internal communication, both hard and soft copy in-line with the brand guideline and clear messaging
- Responsible for managing the media and external PR agencies and ensuring effective marketing communication is conducted through the Company website, social media through maintaining details on LinkedIn
- Prepare monthly analysis report for all incoming leads, and segregate OEM wise and update periodically
- To prepare a quarterly activity report for internal review meetings
- Responsible for handling Inside Sales- from Validating opportunity, understand the requirement,sending Quotation, Negotiating with customer on price, delivery term, payment terms protect the company's interest and close the deal. Also responsible for ensuring payments are received in time
