Manager - Marketing - IT (5-8 yrs)
The Role :
You will be a key member of the Marketing Operations team.
You will be the go-to person for the execution and tracking of all Marketing campaigns, across channels, such as Email and Web, and initiatives such as Webinars, Account-based marketing and Field events .
You will ensure that the entire Marketing tech stack is smoothly running.
This role is based out of Mumbai.
Requirements :
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, curious problem-solver and a desire to improve processes. Be able to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
- Be a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Good with Excel, SQL, and Salesforce reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain, and optimize scalable processes that rely on best practices in online conversions, lead routing, and reporting.
- Drive the configuration for Organizations marketing analytics technology stack (e.g. marketing automation, web analytics infrastructure)
- Help in the implementation of new processes for new channels like email marketing, webinars, and more.
- Contribute to data quality - identify discrepancies, create data tables needed for analysis and automation
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
- Lead data enrichment process across different marketing and sales functions.
