General Job Purpose :
- Makers Hive Marketing Manager must have a positive aptitude to scale up the sales of the product by gearing up the product to the targeted sources. Marketing Manager should be qualified and high - performing sales manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- Our ideal Marketing manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We- re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The role demands a leader with a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.
A. Job Responsibilities :
- Develop business plans and implement related activities in line with company goals like customer events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed objectives.
- Have a deep understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors.
- Achieve agreed contact, coverage and frequency targets through various communication channels.
- Should be an expect/proficient in marketing medical devices for at least 5 yrs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship.
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics in line with company goals.
- Have a good understanding about CSR funding by various entities.
- Good knowledge on govt. bidding and its process.
- Research and analyse data on market trends, new market opportunities / directions, and competitive moves to inform business strategy
- Develop detailed competitive and market views through compilation of data from multiple sources including primary and secondary market research, sales, marketing, and internal / external data sources
- Managing & catering to the requirements of Key Business Leaders (K.B.L).
- Explaining and demonstrating features of product to Doctors, hospitals etc- .
