Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage marketing & BDE team.
- Responsible for overall marketing activities which include online and offline marketing activities.
- Brand marketing - Executing marketing campaigns through SEM, FB, Google Display, Email & Affiliate marketing.
- Experience in organic and content marketing.
- Optimizing the 3 channels to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met.
- Ensure process improvements pro-actively and improve operational efficiency.
- Periodic reporting to management on the performance of campaigns.
- Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behaviour and implementing the learnings
- Conduct market research and analysis; explore business development opportunities with optimized collaboration plans.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure any outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects our branding specifications.
Position Requirements :
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan from a B2B point of view.
- Experience with online marketing, including social media, and product marketing.
- Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
- Good understanding of emerging marketing channels
- Understanding of public relations.
