MARKETING MANAGER Institutional Sales (DELHI)
A reputed and well known company in Fruit Pulps, Requires Marketing Manager, for Institutional sales of a new product line in fruit pulps, on PAN- INDIA basis . Will design overall strategy, marketing plan and establish channels to various Institutional retailers for making the product a success. Travel outside Delhi will be required.
Job Description :
- Meet sales targets, increase market share percentage, unit realisation, presence in all segments
- Contribute to and ensure implementation of annual & long range business plan to achieve business goals.
- Handling Institutional Market, Identify & Introduce new clients Revenue Generation.
- Identify ways to cross sell and upsell customers to increase revenue and brand penetration.
- Track Key accounts for the company and mine them for greater share of product spends .
-Daily profile will be following to visit clients, negotiate, market brands and generate orders.
- Manage the customer information repository. Contract, Accounts Receivables & Statutory Forms Management
- Liaison with marketing functions (currently overseen and run by executive management) to define and procure channel promotion collateral institutional sales program creation
- Manage a team who will be visiting customers across India
- Manage a back office team to receive orders and service themselves efficiently, upsell/cross sell,
- Must have drive to succeed in an environment where foreign competition is present
Experience: Minimum 8 years in a company reputed for marketing and selling expertise
