Manager - Marketing - Hospitality (4-7 yrs)
Client of Mployed is looking for a Marketing Manager with at least 4-6 years experience in Marketing.
We are specifically looking at people with good communication and negotiation skills.
An ideal candidate would be an out of the box thinker who can think of alliances not only in existing segments but in new market segments by aligning the marketing goals.
- To drive growth through new initiatives
- Handle marketing communication for all internal and external communication
- Managing branding & communication of all retail outlets, branches, and Channel partners of Mumbai region
- Managing vendors and marketing agencies, cost negotiations and payments
- Planning & manage cross promotion and BTL activity with Brands, Malls and Retail outlets
- Responsible for marketing budget
- Leading team responsible for driving promotions and opportunity creation
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels - event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis
- Created alliances to enhance marketing activities
- Ideated & implemented lead generation campaigns and strategies to drive Sales & ROI
