Job Description : Qualification : Minimum Graduation Degree Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing and branding of a leading organization, preferably in healthcare field
Salary Range: INR 50K - 65K per month
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and execute marketing plan to achieve desired business results
- Prepare the marketing budget, track and report the spending and ROI
- ATL/BTL marketing activities
- Use digital platforms like Whatsapp, Facebook, Google for brand promotion and lead generation
- Organize PR events, Medical camps, CMEs
- Liaise across Hospitals, Doctors, Medical Stores, Practitioners, Ambulances for referrals and business promotion
- Liaise across Social influencers & leaders, Media, Press, Insurance companies, Corporates etc. for brand awareness and business promotion
- Do market and competition research and suggest patient acquisition and pricing strategy
- Maintain and update marketing database and contact lists
- Manage day to day operations, marketing team members and report to promoters. Skills:
- Excellent communication - Verbal and Written (both Hindi and English) - Computer proficient
- Digital marketing knowledge
- Good planner and strong executor
