The Marketing Manager's Duties and Responsibilities:

- You will have to arrange and attend all the CME's, camps or any event of the unit and to take strong follow-ups of the patients after the event.

- You will have to prepare marketing strategies for Motherhood Hospital and its sister concern and to execute the same.

- You will be responsible to execute and implement the marketing strategies.

- You will have to make doctor calls regularly.

- You will be responsible for all the advertisements (newspaper advertisement, TV advertisements, Radio advertisements, Hoardings, pamphlets).

- You will be responsible for all the follow ups with vendors for marketing and advertisement purpose included negotiating with them properly in lined with accounts department with the help of other staff.

- You will be responsible for updating the website on regular basis.

- You will be responsible for maintaining the data of patients and update the same with the help of the other staff like front desk staff.

- You will be responsible for the corporate tie-ups for the hospital and take fruitful action plan in a right way that produces results.

- You will be responsible for Liaisoning.

- You will be responsible for medical tourism.

- Responsible for field work in areas like local Ahmedabad and periphery like Sanand, Bavda, Shela, Naroda, Bapunagar, Vastral, Maninangar etc. in the package offered to you. That means no extra allowances will be paid to you for working in these areas.

- If you will have to work in the areas other than the mentioned areas like Anand, Nadiad, Kheda, Surendranagar, Baroda, Surat, Limbdi etc. you will be paid 1.20 Rs. per kilometer on actual basis.

- Other than this you will be paid Rs. 60 per day as Dearness Allowances for the fieldwork done outside the local Ahmedabad and periphery for the number of days of work in that area.

- You will be responsible to attend the meeting with Managing Director every Saturday. Other than that if you would be called in case of any emergency to come at the premises you will have to be present.

- In morning and evening you will have to do doctor calls, in afternoon you will have to do meetings for corporate tie-ups, spa, saloon, clubs, and society or attend or arrange any meeting, you can also work on the data and reports in the afternoon in the premises of the hospital.

- You will have to report everyday in evening to the Managing Director.

- You will have to submit weekly data to Managing Director every Saturday.

Note:

(1) The marketing manager should perform all the above mentioned duties for Hospital as well as its sister concern.

(2) The areas or work locations can be changed according to the requirements of the firm. Thus, the marketing executive should be flexible for the same.
