Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities
Operational Marketing:
- Plan and determine the marketing variables & to be involved in planning & achieving the sales target achievement
- Develop the ATL and BTL campaigns in association with research and marketing agencies.
- Ensuring brand expense Track record Vs. Expenses to be in defined range, Ensuring effective & - optimum utilization of Brand Expenses
- To conduct Market Research & Analysis of Competitor Brands and their Strategy Vs. Own Brands
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Track Sales & Mktg data and produce detailed reports & presentation for senior Management.
- Business Development & Strategic Initiative:
- To provide policies and direction for marketing, branding and business development strategies for Ethical and OTC products
- Plan & allocate marketing budget effectively
- Monitor competative activites during field visits
- Improving the user experience on the company's website, Applications(Includes design, content and usability)
- Evaluating customer feedback data & competitor's Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them.
Launches of New Products
People Management Skill :
- Liasoning with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Warehouse for achieving results on marketing activites & goals. (eg; timely procurement,appropriate dispatch, promotional material utilization etc.)
- Liase with NSM and Strategy Head for Business Development activities and Marketing Initiatives
Team Development and Sales Training :
- Develop internal team with potential for enhanced roles and responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for field staff and assess the training effectiveness for the participants
- On job/Field work staff to enhance coach sales skills and implement strategies as devised.
Mergers & Acquisitions :
- Due dilignece role in M&A process
