Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager for our Records Management Company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building strong relationships with senior government officials, corporate decision-makers, and leaders in institutes and universities. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of records management solutions and a proven ability to drive marketing initiatives that influence key stakeholders.
Position: Manager Marketing
Experience: 4-7 Years
Education: Any graduate
Salary: 6LPA to 12LPA (based on the relevant experience and current salary)
Location: Ahmedabad
Role and Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with senior government officials, corporate executives, institutional leaders, and university decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, addressing their records management needs and solutions.
Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to position the company as a leader in records management.
- Craft value propositions and marketing messages tailored for government and institutional clients.
Market Research:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the public and private sectors.
- Provide actionable insights to shape marketing strategies.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior-level stakeholders.
Brand Representation:
- Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and events to promote its records management solutions.
- Enhance the company's brand visibility and credibility in the market.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in marketing, with a proven track record in dealing with government officials, corporate executives, and institutional leaders with a Record Management Company
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of records management solutions and their applications in public and private sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in developing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
- Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Should be tech savy
- Good experience in CRM
- Result Oriented
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend events.
