Marketing Manager - Specialized in Partnership Marketing and Marketing Operations

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership marketing, a proven track record of managing marketing operations, and expertise in demand generation strategies. This individual should also be familiar with the basic usage of CRM and marketing automation systems, along with experience in collaborating with external marketing agencies. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and optimizing marketing operations for maximum efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand generation and revenue growth through partnerships

- Identify and qualify potential partners

- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements

- Manage the day-to-day operations of partnership marketing programs

- Manage the day-to-day of Martech and Operations (CRM, Marketing Automation, segmentation, campaign optimization, reporting, etc.,)

- Coordinate and manage relationships with external marketing agencies to amplify the reach and impact of marketing efforts

- Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partnership marketing

- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth

- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and how to use it to drive demand generation

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation software

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
