Manager - Marketing - Gaming Firm (4-11 yrs)
Hiring Marketing Manager - Biddable for fastest growing Gaming Company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Skills Required :
- Digital marketing experience of 5+ years. Additional experience in Startup environment, B2C, Social Media, Data Analytics, Consumer Insights will be a plus.
- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Facebook and other performance marketing channels
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
- Strong experience in Social Media marketing, Content marketing, User Acquisition, Remarketing
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance product goals.
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet product goals
- Generating leads, app installs and sales using Facebook Ads.
- Implement Pay Per Click media strategies for the product.
- Testing variations of ads to determine the best performing.
- Continuous monitoring of results and improving ads.
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
- Design and run daily, weekly and monthly reports to help track key performance metric
Competencies Required :
- Passion for Search and internet marketing.
- Prior ecommerce experience is a must - Gaming experience would be plus point
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
- Good understanding of marketing analytics tools like Google analytics.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
- Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, etc).
- Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts.
Good To Have Skills :
- Advising on and revising trends.
- Managing the creation and delivery of marketing strategies.
- Analyzing the success of campaigns and ROI.
- Coming up with new marketing tools other than Google and Facebook (eg: IVR, SMS marketing etc.)
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
