Manager - Marketing - FMCG/Consumer Durables (6-9 yrs)
The client is one of the world's largest food processing and technology organizations in the world, and India is its largest and fastest growing market in South Asia. The client works directly with all major FMCG organizations in foods and beverages, and are involved in their client's 3-5 year strategies, right from NPD to packaging to promotions and the GTM strategy for the product portfolio.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role would involve :
1. A strategic outlook towards F&B product portfolios for several clients in India and South Asia markets
2. Advising clients on their GTM strategy, bringing new products to market and revamping existing products as well
3. Managing core categories and being responsible to increase your own involvement in improving market share and profitability for clients
4. Building new categories for the clients in India and abroad
The ideal candidate would :
1. Be an MBA from 2009-12 batches from a top tier institution
2. Have worked in core brand management, NPD and innovations in any leading F&B, personal care or consumer electronics / durables brands
3. Have worked on GTM strategy for any of these core categories
4. Understand the entire product lifecycle and have worked with several stakeholders in their current role
5. Have excellent communication and presentation skills
