Manager - Marketing - FMCG (8-15 yrs)
1. Demonstrate expertise in marketing. Be savvy in various forms of online and offline marketing campaigns. Charged with leading a wide range of community experiences and becoming the brand voice also should have experience in modern marketing especially how to effectively use internet and social media.
2. Oversee the creative/branding process, ensuring all benchmarks are met and systems enforced.
3. Lead All the Digital Marketing Initiatives Including SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Landing Page Development, Re-targeting and Marketing Automation. Also to Create and Manage Product Listings For Google PLA Ads
4. Collaborate, when necessary, with industry leaders to achieve best practices and strategic alignment
5. Stay current on digital and strategic marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly
6. Developing Strategies for Demand Generation, Customer Acquisition, Retention, Customer Engagement and Brand Awareness and has experience in managing marketing in FMCG market.
7. Manage Brand Presence in General Trade, Modern Trade, Chemist, Ecommerce, Among Distributors and Vendors.
8. Responsible for design and production of assets for precision target marketing across platforms and has good knowledge about advertising tools and prices in Tamil Nadu.
9. Routinely provide management with detailed reporting which includes but not limited to customer behaviour and sentiment, market/competitive conditions, industry/economic trends, product performance and campaign performance (ROI).
