Manager - Marketing - FMCG (7-10 yrs)
We are hiring Marketing Manager (Immediate joiner) for our client.
Office Location: Mumbai Vasai
Field Work - PAN India as per requirement.
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Note: looking for candidates from Similar Industry (FMCG) only.
Salary: As per domain knowledge, experience and profile
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Offline Marketing
- Identifying, Cold Calling, Sampling, VIsiting and Finalizing distributors / wholesalers across FMCG market.
- Identifying supermarket Stores and finalizing product placement.
- Monitoring and identifying potential products that can be launched as per market requirements and competitor analysis
- Identifying new modes of sales for ever changing market and consumer requirements
- Planning monthly offers, schemes and promotional activities for existing and new partners
- Identifying new and practical packaging options and concepts for sustainable product packaging
2. Online Marketing
- Coordinating sales (Artwork Designing, Content writing, product listing, boosting sales) across company website and marketplaces
- Deciding new strategies for digital marketing
- Monitoring and identifying potential products that can be launched as per market requirements and competitor analysis
- Identifying new marketplaces (domestic and global)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Basic PnL and margin analysis
- Basic understanding of promotional artwork design
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Should be able to search effectively on Google
