Manager - Marketing - FMCG (4-7 yrs)
Marketing Manager
KEY TASK :
1. Responsible to gather and analyze data on customers/consumers/ competitors and products. With help of secondary and primary research for India and the Middle East.
2. To study and update market conditions to examine potential sales of a product in various customer segments.
3. To interpret the data collected and organize this information into meaningful insights which will translate to customer experience and make insights as a core differentiator.
4. Responsible to work on marketing communication tools plans which include 1 to 1 communications, online communications, on ground event/ trade marketing, PR to bring the insights and trends on the forefront.
5. With Insights as a core developer and implementing the marketing plans tailored to each customer /segments.
6. Responsible for the product management processes and implementation -To work with the country on the stage and gate of the new product launch in collaboration with R&D, culinary.
COMPETENCIES / PROFILE :
- Post Graduate in Marketing/Business, with at least five years- experience in marketing, preferably in market research & communication background
- Aware and handle various market research tools.
- Analytical, has strong business acumen and works efficiently.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Computer skills: excellent command of powerpoint + good knowledge of excel, word.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated.
- Ability to make decisions and build consensus.
- Ability to work in interdependence with other departments and colleagues.
- Resourceful multi-tasker.
