Manager - Marketing - FMCG (12-30 yrs)
Brief
- Design the entire marketing & sales strategy and overall business plan
- Chart out marketing strategies and contributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth
- Conduct competitor analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends
- Devise & implement marketing activities for successful launch of new products and conduct market surveys for the same
- Manage business operations with key focus on top line profitability
- Lead complex negotiations to ensure profitable growth.
- Evaluate performance and monitor distributor sales & marketing activities
- Manage network of Channel Partners across India for deeper market penetration & reach
- Deft in managing overall profitability of operations by deploying available resources in an optimum manner to achieve organizational objectives
- Identify prospective clients and generate additional business from existing ones to attain business targets
- Initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development
- Monitor availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries
- Establish corporate strategies and develop business plans for the achievement of various goals
Key Requirements
- Should possess master's degree with specialization in marketing.
- This individual will have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience with progressive growth in marketing, business development, or general management of a company delivering consumer goods into the FMCG space.
- Proficient in providing direction, motivation & training to various teams for ensuring optimum performance levels
- Sound Experience / Connections in the FMCG market, ideally in the tea business will be preferred.
- Have had a senior role, or leadership position in a rapidly scaling business with experience of managing teams.
- Experience in leading product campaign & launches/brand-building
- An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and client servicing skills.
- Strength in consultative marketing and development of strategic client and business relationships with prior experience in Beverage marketing.
- The candidate should be a creative leader who has proven success in being the leader of a team-based marketing processes.
