The Role & Responsibilities :
- Leading the performance marketing & branding strategy to drive organic growth and engagement of the product - across channels
- Ideating, planning & executing full-fledged marketing campaigns as well as product launches, to reach different customer segments
- Leading our digital/social media presence: creating, managing and evaluating output across all our social channels
- Content marketing, product positioning & messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding
- Driving - out of the box- thinking like designing 'virality' loops etc. to interact in fresh new ways with our target audience
- Coordinate key marketing activities including: SEO, advertising, email marketing etc.
- Building a sense of 'Community' here at Spenny within the users
Requirements :
- Have 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, growth roles at dynamic,high growth companies
- Are a storyteller. You have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience
- Are a creative problem solver, who can juggle multiple things at once. Someone who constantly has ideas for how to make a campaign or situation more successful or efficient
- Have an understanding of Google Adwords, Youtube, and Facebook Ads platforms
- Excellent creative judgment about what capture's people's attention and / or an avid user of social media and content
- An enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality with an ability to own initiatives
- And finally, a good sense of humour!
