Manager - Marketing - Events/Exhibitions (2-6 yrs)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic female candidate for the position of Marketing Manager with a background in Events, Exhibitions, and Conferences. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and sales within the events industry and possess a strong understanding of branding and research.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our events, exhibitions, and conferences in the region.

2. Identify and reach out to potential clients, sponsors, and partners to maximize participation and revenue generation for events.

3. Conduct in-depth research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance event branding and positioning.

4. Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.

5. Utilize effective communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (if possible) to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and sponsors to ensure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.

7. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.

8. Keep track of sales data, leads, and performance metrics, and present regular reports to the management team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven track record in marketing and sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or conferences.

3. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and knowledge of Gujarati (preferred).

4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis, presentations, and documentation.

5. Strong research skills to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

6. A passion for branding and the ability to implement brand strategies effectively.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

8. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

9. Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when required, especially during events.
