Purpose :

- Managing execution of all the job orders of exhibition project & create wow experience for each client maintaining highest quality standards.

- Manage exhibition schedule, planning, installation, de-installation and execution of exhibition calendar

- Domain knowledge of Event (Exhibition) Production

- Very clear do's and dont's on each brief from servicing

- Brief sent to HO/creative/Operations team well on time.

- Reduce anxiety levels on internal deadlines

- Guard Book maintenance

- Responsible for planning, execution, stagecraft, creative production, budgeting, profitability of the events, Supervising, Guiding and Mentoring the team.

- Handling client on site as and when required on and off site

- Researching suitable venues and ensuring all necessary equipment is available

- Supervising the dismantling and removal of stands

- Arranging insurance cover and ensuring legal, health and safety requirements are adhered to

- Good negotiation skill without compromising on quality.

- Ability to identify, negotiate and finalize the vendors for cost effective execution of project within the time frame.

- Developing vendors & suppliers on regular basis

- Good communication, team handling skills, and process
