The Job
Key Responsibilities
- Should be social media savvy and work experience on Instagram is a must
- Reaching out and securing deals with brands for content creation work, collaborations and paid partnerships
- Generate leads using social media and networking platforms like Instagram and Linkedin
- Draft out contracts and quotations
- Should be organized and able to manage leads
- Handle Email and calendar management
- Assisting during shoots - finding models, acquiring props, finding locations, selecting hair and make-up artists, selecting outfits etc..
- Assisting with lighting and cameras during shoots
- Helping with editing as required
- Assisting with course and workshop development
- Responding to comments and DMs
- Helping with researching and drafting blog articles and captions
- Assisting with development of new brands and projects - finding vendors, building marketing plans, reaching out to retailers etc.
Ideal Candidate :
- A candidate who is well versed with social media platforms, who can generate leads with it is an ideal candidate for this position
Requirements :
- 3-4 years relevant experience
- Creative and able to think outside of the box
- Interest in the luxury goods industry
- Able to work in a high-stress environment
- Independent and hardworking
- Punctual and professional
- Needs to have clear communication skills
- Good knowledge of Google sheets, docs and MS office
- Strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
