Requirements and Qualifications :
- Graduate in Electronics
- Minimum 15 years experience in sales & marketing of electrical/industrial electronics products
- Exposure to international markets
- Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products and generate leads.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, customer needs, and sales data for driving new product development and formulating new strategies
- Readiness to travel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Formulate and Drive the company marketing strategies for existing products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Customer interaction for new application area developments, product/company presentations.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, develop product promotion marketing materials
- Utilize digital marketing channels to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement.
- Provide sales support to customers, including product demonstrations, technical assistance, and after-sales support.
- Lead a team of engineers
