Manager - Marketing - Education (4-10 yrs)
Accountabilities & Responsibilities :
- Establish CLIENT as the qualification of a career in management accounting
- Plan, implement and deliver an integrated regional marketing and communications plan to support CLIENTs business objectives of student recruitment and progression to membership.
- Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns from creative development, collateral production, advertising, and media planning/buying, including event management as required.
- Select, manage and maintain good working relationships with regional 3rd party suppliers e.g. creative agencies, printers, photographers, copywriters, media buyers, PR agencies.
- Manages the implementation of marketing and brand campaigns including creative development, collateral production, advertising, media planning, purchasing and event management.
- Supports Business Development department with executing marketing and communication campaigns for all stakeholders.
- As a regional Brand Custodian :
- Embed the CLIENT footprint, values and brand ethos within the region.
- Ensure brand guidelines and core messages are accurately and consistently applied.
- Take part in quarterly brand audits to promote best practice and the sharing of ideas, innovation and resources.
- Manage the use of central marketing and communications tools such as our online marketing resource and in-house HTML email campaign tool.
- Provide final sign off on all marketing / event related collaterals.
- Work closely with Business Development team on the right marketing tools and channels for the Association's brand marketing and communication messages as tailored to the right target audiences.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness across key stakeholders.
- To ensure that strategies and plans are developed and delivered in alignment with the regional/country strategies.
- Identify relevant income generating opportunities and work as appropriate with other departments to develop products and campaigns.
- Media liaison - inviting the press to CLIENT events, assist PR & Comm Manager in preparing and submitting press releases and arranging media interviews.
- Responsible for managing 3rd party vendors in delivering their services for the Association.
- Ensure all the communication materials are aligned with the Association / brand guideline and compliant with all legal aspects of marketing, particularly copyright and trademark issues.
- Manage the website content for the region.
- Represents the Association and involves in the Association events as required.
- Display the Association Behaviours at all time.
- Any other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education :
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Education or any equivalent field.
- At least 4 year(s) related experience in Marketing and Communications.
- Experienced in educational institution, professional bodies or PR/Advertising agency preferably.
- Experienced in managing design, printing and production are an added advantage.
- Strong in building rapport with senior level management.
