Manager - Marketing - Education (2-5 yrs)
Interested candidate should be ready to sign 2 years(IT is a simple bond stating that you will not leave the company for 2 years)
Salary - 35 k to 45 k
1. Build and expand our Business Associate network in the assigned Territory
2. Plan marketing strategies for increasing Business Associates
3. Negotiate terms of engagement, signup the associates, provide initial training to agents and their staff, and keep the agent contacts engaged through regular communication
4. Provide adequate CRM training to all associates and support them with routine activities on CRM
5. Manage and update Associates application on CRM.
6. Promote presentations to agents and drive study visa applications from your region through business associates
7. Increase volume of study visa applications to meet targets
8. Hold regular 1-1 meetings with Business Associates, and reporting managers and team leaders to ensure enrolment targets are aligned and achieved annually as set out by the company
9. Provide support and leadership to the sales team
10. Regularly meet the assigned targets.
11. Other duties as assigned.
