Skills & Experiences :
- Master degree required (preferably in Marketing or Business Administration)
- Adept at digital marketing strategies and website design that target customer segments for successful sales
- 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing
- 5+ years of experience managing E-Commerce marketing and at least 2+ years of experience with Adobe /Magento marketing
- Well versed with shopping campaign with platforms like Google, Bing, Social (Facebook, Instagram), Market Places (Amazon). Google Shopping and Analytics certification will be plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Paid Social, SEM, SEO, email, content marketing, and collaborations
- Drive a digital marketing strategy to support and achieve online sales goals and digital engagement
- Strong cross-functional experience working with Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations
- Strong understanding of email marketing and workflows
- Excellent understanding of web design and web analysis
- Manage analytics for the overall site performance including but not limited to the below
- Define, track and analyze client digital KPI- s, and work with the overall Marketing team to prioritize and implement site optimizations in the form of A/B testing, new features and functionality for improved user experience
- Provide data analysis to clients along with strategic solutions for increased sales and improved performance
- Utilize Google Analytics for customer journey understanding and to guide merchandising best practices and targeted marketing recommendations
