Manager - Marketing - eCommerce (5-14 yrs)
We are hiring Marketing Manager for a FMCG manufacturing company.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the MP, Hod's and external agencies to arrive at brand strategy; and marketing strategy for the year.
- Derive the marketing plan and target from the broad strategy and operationalize them.
- Do both ATL & BTL Activities
- Develop and deploy successful inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Budget the marketing expenditure based on sales plan.
- Allocate the budget wisely and ensure marketing activities stay within the budget.
- Develop capable human resource through appropriate training and performance management.
