Manager - Marketing - eCommerce (3-8 yrs)
Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for E-commerce marketplaces.
Job Description :
- The position is also responsible for managing sales, sales strategy and service processes related to company's products
- Person to work with amazon seller support and solve issues arising related to product listing, operations, brand.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
- Working closely with demand planning and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales of products, new product sell-through
- Oversee all online activities and maintain the company's brand on all Ecommerce platforms.
- Plan promotional campaigns and develop pricing strategies
- Develop strategies to participate in DOTD, BTS and regular deals on various E-commerce platforms
- Manage and report incoming payments and returns and analyze the sales to optimize the product range
