Manager - Marketing - eCommerce (3-7 yrs)
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and increase brand visibility.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product management, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content and promotional materials to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Skills & Technologies :
- Proficiency in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
- Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
- Expertise in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and paid advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
