E-commerce Marketing Manager Responsibilities :

- Develop a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy to increase customer traffic and boost sales

- Monitor the development and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as the related processes to ensure they are in line with the overall strategy

- Assign tasks to individual members of the marketing team, QA all marketing deliverables, and ensure campaigns are completed within schedule

- Track and monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvements based on your findings

- Ensure our e-commerce store is regularly updated with new products and promotions

- Maintain the integrity of the brand image and consistency of voice across multiple channels to ensure our brand stays top of mind

- Plan, develop, and oversee the execution of loyalty programs

- AN E-commerce Strategy Manager implements the policies and plans to execute the overall vision, strategy, and capacity needed to support organizational long-term and short-term e-commerce sales growth goals.

- Provides support for evaluating e-commerce investments & initiatives and facilitates the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being E-commerce Strategy Manager compiles data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points used to analyse opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue.

- Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, E-commerce Strategy Manager plans and implements technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings.

- The E-commerce Strategy Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
