Manager - Marketing - Digital Media (5-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Work closely with various cross functional teams, specially the Sales and Business teams to seamlessly execute the agreed Marketing strategy to Build and transform the brand both internally and externally.
- Drive digital marketing strategy across all products and media, including websites, social media, email, advertising, etc. to generate Brand awareness, Market engagement and thought leadership position and ultimately drive business.
- Create and manage briefs for in-house design team and external agencies to ensure timely implementation of marketing strategies and collaterals for mainline and social campaigns.
- Coordinate with various agency partners and vendors to execute the agreed Marketing campaigns.
- Work with analytics / research agency to measure the campaign effectiveness and present the same to management during and after the campaign.
- Ensure 100% branding compliance for internal & external clients through process creation and implementation
- Manage new initiatives to improve staff engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Manage and tracked marketing budget
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Experience: 5 - 8 yrs
Desired Profile :
- A degree in marketing and communication
- 5-7 years of work experience in marketing / brand management roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behaviour
- Excellent understanding of mainline & digital media and content creation.
- Resolving complex problems that translate to business opportunities
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and different group companies will be an important aspect of the job.
- Must possess strong understanding of digital media and its role in contemporary corporate communications.
