Job Summary :

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at promoting our design and development services. This role requires both creativity and analytical skills to identify market trends, generate leads, and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the marketing strategy and initiatives

- Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the brand becomes a trusted partner and long-term advisor for their needs.

- Implement targeted marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and improve the conversion cycle by collaborating closely with Key Account Managers.

- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, webinars, workshops, etc.) to generate leads. Additionally, conduct outreach activities, including attending networking events and engaging prospective clients through cold calls and emails.

- Enhance the brand positioning by creating unique value propositions and elevator pitches to facilitate differentiated communication with clients and influencers. This includes content such as service offerings on the website, blogs, POCs, case studies, videos, etc.

- Manage the brand participation in industry events, overseeing brand visibility, engagement strategies, lead generation, messaging, communications, design, and vendor interactions.

- Collaborate with internal and external content writers and designers.

- Run paid advertising campaigns on Google (SEM) and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

- Drive employer branding efforts, both internally within the organisation and externally to the talent pool. Prior experience in employer branding initiatives is an added advantage.
