Manager - Marketing - Design Agency (3-10 yrs)
Marketing Manager
1. Define brand definition, brand identity, brand perception and brand goals.
2. Deep understanding of target audience and user groups
3. Define yearly, quarterly, monthly marketing goals which are data driven and executed like an experiment (State a hypothesis, test and iterate)
4. Develop brand and content strategies around the goals
5. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy, brochures, case studies and other marketing material.
6. Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution for offline and online marketing
7. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
8. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds
9. Setup marketing metrics and measure the outcomes on monthly basis (like incoming leads, brand perception, followers) and re- inform strategies accordingly.
10. Measure, analyse, synthesise and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against the goals.
11. Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
12. Support and manage the entire marketing team.
13. Manage and adjust strategies with the SEO/ ORM and other vendors based on brand goals and content strategies.
14. Provide creative solutions for internal branding, marketing and employee engagement.
15. Highly skilled, highly professional in people management, communication, project management and strategic decision making.
16. Past experience of working in a design agency/ company and understanding of UX Design is a plus
