Looking for Marketing Manager for a well known Dance Studio

Qualification : B.Com, BBM or MBA (Marketing)

Experience : 2 - 5 Yrs

Salary : As per Industry Standards

Work Location : Banaswadi, Bengaluru

Timings : 10am to 6pm

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing classes to the public, or related experience within the arts or fitness industries

- Experience with traditional and digital marketing

- Strong writing skills

- Familiarity with CMS is essential; updating CMS and Systems.

- Company seeks an experienced, personable, self-motivated, idea-generating, and content-creating Marketing Manager for expanding its business.

- The ideal candidate thrives on conceiving and executing marketing plans in a fast-paced work environment and is someone who delivers results.

- This full-time position, reporting to Directors and Co-founders of Company.

- The candidate will work collaboratively with Directors/Founders and the staff to develop marketing content that reflect the multiple programs and high energy of Company, while maintaining the organization's overall brand elements and creative direction.

Must have:

- Update website content, including blog posts

- Strategize and implement a social media plan, assisted by part-time Instagram contributor

- Run weekly Extension marketing meeting, providing sales reports and other updates

- Create pitch for dance and workshop for schools, residential apartments and corporate

- Organize in-house events to create traction's as part of engagement program for existing members and generate new leads

Required Skills :

- Writing and editing content for Extension print publications

- Writing and editing emails and other digital content

- Coordinate special promotional events with Extension and PR team.

- Manage the Extension marketing budget

- Set up ticketing and manage ticket sales for Extension showcase performances

- Designing signage, flyers, emails, online ads, etc.

- Arrange and oversee video and photo shoots
