Manager - Marketing - Consulting Services (10-17 yrs)
Summary/Objective :
The Central Marketing & Sales is responsible for planning and implementation of sales and marketing as well as product development programs, both short and long range, targeted towards existing and new markets by performing the duties personally or through subordinates.
This position requires successful development of marketing and sales plans by studying key economic indicators and by aligning central M & S plans in accordance to Business Stream related strategies and targets. Responsible for fulfilling all duties in alignment with all global corporate guidelines and processes.
Essential Functions will be:
1. Develops, implements strategic marketing and sales plans with forecasts to achieve operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans; implementing new quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change processes in complete liaison with other Business Streams.
2. Planning all local advertising and promotional activities including Print, PR, Digital Marketing and Social Media in accordance with global CD and Brand Strategies.
3. Establishing and maintaining a consistent corporate brand image throughout all product lines, promotional activities under permanent development and improvement
4. Ensures Mono-Brand Strategy
5. Develops and recommends product positioning to the various Business Units, to attain the highest possible long-term market share.
6. Forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and ensures that marketing objectives fall within plan and budget.
7. Evaluates market research and adjusts strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
8. Maintains relationships with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; enabling company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
9. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
10. Plans, Analyzes and controls expenditures of the division to manage the operating budget
11. Supports performance evaluations, develops, implements and monitors the overall sales and marketing pipeline through corporate systems (SAP CRM, Business Portals etc).
12. Develops, Implements and drives all necessary activities for a new Cross Sales Structure
13. Supervising, monitoring of Regional Key Account development; periodic visits; development of improvement processes by anticipating new opportunities and implementation of specific KA Programs, Trainings and Strategies
14. Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals in coordination with BL.
15. Prepares periodic sales report and analyzing Sales Performance for showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion in accordance to further development of systematic reporting systems.
16. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
