Manager - Marketing - Construction Business (7-10 yrs)
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing Distributors, Dealers, and Architects associated with us.
2. Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
3. Collaborate with various team to creatively reach more potential customers
4. Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
5. Gather, investigate and summarize data to provide accurate information through reports
6. Coordinating last mile lead conversion as well as delivery of all activities involved.
7. Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals
8. Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
9. Negotiate purchase contracts, develop sales forecasts and perform an analysis of market trends.
10. Meeting with clients and potential leads to achieve sales targets and actively work to secure new business for the organization.
Requisites:
- Employee will have to travel all over India for acquiring business prospects
- Incentive will be rendered according to sales
