Manager - Marketing Communications - Financial Services (4-8 yrs)
- Candidate will be responsible for building and implementing the company's communication strategy and leverage new formats to continuously for one of India's leading Financial Services companies.
- Refresh the way we communicate across digital and offline channels.
Communications Strategy :
- Build and implement the communications strategy to meet business objectives like increase in traffic, leads, product awareness
- Complete responsibility for all on and off-us communication to drive traffic and impact business
- Ability to write/edit clear and concise content unique to the platform, and influence/direct designers and art directors for creative layouts
- Develop compelling narratives for product marketing as well as brand marketing initiatives
- Manage ATL/BTL creative development apart from the digital communication mentioned above
- Increase CTR, OR and other critical metrics for all communication produced, and brand KPIs
- Manage the expansive agency and freelancer ecosystem to support high-scale content production
- Developing and maintaining digital content and media strategy and structure representing the complete portfolio and value propositions in a consistent and impactful way for ensuring maximum sales support and traction.
- Developing various sales support and merchandise
- Planning and scheduling promotional events and on-ground activation
New capabilities :
- Drive the development of content capabilities around production, automation, distribution and amplification, thereby leading to a reduction in TAT and costs
- Identifying opportunities for new formats and channels for marketing
Customer obsession and governance :
- Relentless focus on making customer interactions non-intrusive; using content to create a frictionless experience
- Zero tolerance for content & communication errors
- Create checks and balances in the system so that all customer-facing content is first time right, every time
- Keep up to date with graphic design technologies, techniques, and modern trends to deliver cutting edge work
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and communicate progress and expected milestones
- Have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques
Performance tracking :
- Tracking and analyzing production, traffic and engagement metrics
- Gauge efficacy of content produced, and drive changes wherever needed
Qualifications and Experience :
- Prior experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound understanding of communication practices and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Solid experience in managing BTL activities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
