Manager - Marketing Communications - Advertising Agency (6-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop creative communication and marketing products - presentations, briefings, product brochures, videos, posters, contests and customer engagement content.
- Plan and implement customer engagement campaigns via Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Social Media and other mediums.
- Engage with our B2B clients with innovative content
- Manage the SEO activities of the DocOnline website
- Reproduce the Marketing collaterals / Engagement communication in multiple languages to cater to the vernacular speaking audience.
- Track ROI for marketing/engagement campaigns
- Be the custodian of all marketing content assets in the company - product brochures, case studies, Website, newsletters, articles, videos, social posts, and others.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship, and advertising on an ongoing basis
Education & Required Skills
- 6-8 years of total working experience, 3-6 years of experience with an advertising agency is required. Experience of working with an advertising agency
- Experience of working in a B2B industry will be an added advantage
- Experienced in writing articles, and advertising copy
- Ability to deliver creative content and excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
