Job Summary -

- Design Marketing Strategy with following objectives :

- Brand recognition for iValue within the region as preferred IT partner / IT partner of Choice for customers.

- Recognition by association with OEM.

- Demand Generation.

- Sales Enablement.

 Prepare Marketing Plan :

- Annual Plan based on Strategy

 - Quarterly plan with Campaigns focus

- Monthly Activity plans

- Social calendar

- OEM (All) oriented posts

- OEM alignment -

- Know our OEM structure.

- Know OEM specific market drivers.

- Know OEM Branding Guidelines.

- Know OEM Marketing Assets.

- Know OEM driven Campaigns and create alignment.

Competition :

- Competition Analysis.

- Creating Battle cards for use of Sales teams.

- Countering competition campaigns with own.

 Execution :

- Lead generation actions via ISR. (240 Data Points per week, 45 Leads per month) - Monitor, guide, measure & Improve.

- Social posts, OEM posts

- OEM (as per case) DG execution.

- OEM Solutions & Case studies decks/pitches for sales team.

- Website revamp/refresh.

- Own all public digital assets (website, estore, brochures, decks, data sheets etc)

- Campaigns (including concept, design, target identification, execution)

Customer Experience :

- Own & manage entire communication spectrum for customer touch points.

- Templatize/Standardize

- Customer SAT

Measure & Monitor :

- Measure efficacy of all campaigns (contribution to revenue)

- Make necessary tweaks based on analysis.

- Monitor health by feedback / mystery customer (or any other method.)
