- We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager who can conceive and manage various marketing initiatives by leveraging the expertise of content writers, designers and other digital marketing teams. He/she is responsible for defining tasks, getting them executed and tracking goals and KPIs.

Requirement : Marketing & communication Manager

Experience : 4+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Grow the awareness of our brand by executing various marketing activities

2. Coordinate with content writers, designers and subject matter experts to produce marketing content such as videos, blogs, infographics, social media posts etc.

3. Create a system to regularly capture the positive impact of our services on our clients businesses and document it (case studies) and publish it on all relevant mediums.

4. Conceive marketing ideas by constantly researching about events and trends in the industry as well as inside Codilar

5. Manage and monitor outsourced marketing activities such as SEO, PPC etc.

6. Monitor the growth of brand awareness by analyzing various metrics in analytics and listening tools such as Google Analytics, ahrefs etc. 7. Manage our social media channels on Youtube, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter

8. Update the website of Codilar

9. Coordinate events such as webinars, round tables etc.

10. Manage company newsletters.

Desired Skills and Experience :

1. Graduation in journalism, communications, public relations or marketing is an advantage, though other degrees are acceptable.

2. Relevant experience in a marketing communications team is most sought after.

3. Experience of writing for a variety of different audiences is desired. General journalistic or marketing experience is beneficial.

4. Experience of having crafted marketing strategies and having documented them in presentations is highly desirable.

5. Ability to manage teams and hold them accountable for their responsibilities.

6. A go-getter and doer

7. Strong passion for marketing & communications

8. Ability to quickly grasp and understand new concepts

9. Minimum 3 year experience in similar roles

10. Experience in Software Services industry is an added advantage.
