Job Description :
- Creates an annual/quarterly marketing plan for B2B and D2C/B2C channels.
- Generate leads and prepare lists of potential customers for B2B with relevant data points.
- Prepare a sales calendar for the year keeping in mind important sales events, collections, exhibitions, conferences, weddings etc.
- Planning & finding any organic PR opportunities and leveraging such opportunities.
- Develop proposals, presentations, catalogues as & when required to be shared with various stakeholders.
- Facilitate, lock-in & execute opportunities for organizing sales or any events for promotion of the cause/brand through partnerships from various stakeholders.
- Has know how in the use of marketing automation/online tools - CRM tools, Online Advertising tools, SEO tools, Content Creation and Design tools, Video & Event Marketing tools, Lead Generation tools, Lead Capture and Conversion tools, Email Marketing tools, Data Reporting and Analytics tools.
- Create an end-to-end communication plan (copy, content, creatives, invites, emailers etc.) for events, customers, partners & other key stakeholders.
- Social media marketing - Use social media channels effectively to build reach for the brand eventually resulting in sales, followers.
- Conduct social media audit and monitor key online marketing metrics, experience in paid social media marketing & end-to-end social media marketing campaigns.
- Develop a deep understanding/generate insight of our audiences through feedback, market research and customer interaction
- Undertakes market research identifying key competitors, product types, customer preferences etc.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies or professionals in planning & execution of organic and paid marketing campaigns and reviewing the performance of the same.
Education & Qualification :
- 3+ years- experience, preferably in an ecommerce related enterprise
- Bachelors/Masters in Marketing and communications
Experience and Education :
- This position requires strong organizational and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, results oriented.
- Skilled at prioritizing and working under time constraints, managing multiple tasks, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments.
- Strong consumer and product awareness.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- The ability to work on multiple projects at one time & the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
