Manager - Marketing - Branding/ATL/BTL/Events & Campaigns (8-11 yrs)
Strategic Marketing Planning:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Branding: Champion brand identity, positioning, and voice, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand story is communicated across all touchpoints.
- Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to identify opportunities, trends, and potential customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee and optimize online marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales, measuring and reporting on their effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget, ensuring a maximum return on investment.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and production teams to ensure product offerings and marketing strategies are aligned.
- Public Relations: Develop and maintain positive relations with media, influencers, and partners to boost brand visibility.
- Event Management: Plan and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to foster community engagement and brand awareness.
- Analytics: Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance, using insights to refine and improve strategies.
Who we are looking for:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from top B-Schools.
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Work experience as Senior Marketing Manager or equivalent, preferably within healthcare Industry
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Experience with CRM software
