Manager - Marketing/Brand - NBFC (7-11 yrs)
Hiring Marketing Manager for Premium NBFC @ chennai.

1. Marketing Communication
Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales /product department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives. To manage the Marketing Department Budget, constant supervision of its use (and deviations) by continuously monitoring, reporting, measuring impact of marketing activities wit regular feedbacks & surveys and presenting it with the stake holders with detailed root cause analysis. Ensuring delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget and compliance.
Oversee and monitor all marketing production and supplier selection criteria, vendor management/ selection, procurement & settlement processes. Focus on maximizing each amount spent by reviewing and ensuring proper balance between cost, quality and timing as well as proper adherence to corporate and design guidelines to ensure timely and positive brand presence of BBF in the market.
2. Customer & Dealer Relationship Management towards CSI/DSI
Manage the development of differentiated customer experiences and new customer communications including emails, Direct mailers, online messaging and customer letters. Planning & optimising efficient use of print, digital & electronic mediums.
Management of customer loyalty programs planning and running events, conducting customer retention campaigns & marketing activities.
3. Brand Partner Relationship Management
Develop and maintain the relationship to the BP (with a long term view) in order to enhance and further strengthen the potential / synergies that both can offer one another.
Review and analyze areas of joint-activities (or integrated activities) between company and the brand partners and assist in eliminating any redundancies to maximize available resources. Ensure regular meeting with BP Marcom, events & Branding teams & maintain proper dialogue with regular updates on both sides. Conceptualise, plan & execute dealer meetings, customer meets, dealer/ customer trips as planned time to time, with ened to end management of the activities. Ensuring presentation & related communications support required for such activities are executed.
4. Training Support and Compliance
Carrying out training needs analyses, defining the skill-sets needed to perform different roles within Sales and Marketing, supporting design & training arrangements - designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises, supporting and coaching learners using technologies to use time effectively, evaluating the effectiveness of training program and learning outcomes. needs of an organisation, maintaining appropriate records of learner development.
Works with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program and relates activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
5. Internal and Corporate Communication
Planning & executing end to end business meets, events ensuring proper event management & presentation. Initiate, plan, implement & Monitor contents and material for regional communication such as employee Newsletters (Compass, Financial Times) or BP Newsletters etc.
