Job Description :
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive business growth.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape within the material handling industry.
3. Should have prior experience in the EV and automotive industries.
4. Should have experience using CRM portals and have good knowledge in HVAC field.
5. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients.
6. Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
7. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and strategies, preferably in the industrial or material handling sector.
3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
6. Experience in budget management and financial planning.
